Minneapolis Storm Youth Hockey

This registration is for:

• Locker Room Monitors
• Team Managers
• Super Volunteers
• Board Members

ALL volunteers with Minneapolis Hockey are required to complete SafeSport training EVERY year and a Background screening every TWO years. 

To complete this registration, you will need:

• USA Hockey Confirmation Number (for the current season)
• Background Screening (within the past two years)
• SafeSport Training (every year)

Please read through each of the pages in this registration carefully to ensure that all of the information is provided accurately.  Please make sure you receive an email confirmation from the Minneapolis Hockey Association that the volunteer registration is complete!

Completion of this registration does NOT guarantee eligibility to participate as a volunteer. BOTH completion of Safesport training and a clear background screen are required per USA Hockey and Minnesota Hockey regulations in order to participate as a volunteer for MHA. Remember, this is to ensure the safety of our players!
