Minneapolis Storm Youth Hockey

This registration is for coaches who will be on the ice with Storm anytime throughout the year.

To complete this Coaches Registration you will accomplish these steps or required to have them previously completed.

For any link to a USA Hockey (SafeSport, Background Check, Age Module, CEP) please use the links within your coaching profile at https://courses.usahockey.com/public/. Any other link will render your training invalid. Concussion is not included in this requirement.

• Registration with USA Hockey as a coach, https://membership.usahockey.com
• USA Hockey Confirmation Number for current season (May take up to 20 minutes before you can continue)
• SafeSport Training Completed (Annually based on your previous completion date, you will be notified 30 days prior to its expiry)
• Concussion Training (USAH SafeSport = Verified)
• Background screening status (USAH Background Screening = Verified)
• USA Hockey completed modules (Must complete modules based on coaching level)
• USA Hockey CEP Number

Please read through each of the pages in this registration carefully to ensure that all of the information is provided accurately.

Once complete the ACE coordinator will review your submission and document your status via "Coaching Workbook"

In some cases if you did not provide the information as requested, the ACE will contact you via the email you provided with any additional needs. If you are contacted, you must stay off the ice until cleared.

All coaches that have a CEP expiration of 12/31 of the current year are required to complete the appropriate CEP class required on or before 12/31 of the current year.
