Minneapolis Storm Youth Hockey

Welcome to MHA Volunteer Registration.  This Registration is for:

• Board Members
• Super Volunteers
• Team Managers
• Other Parent Volunteers (i.e. Locker Room monitors, etc.)
• Skills Coaches not members of MHA

ALL Volunteers with Minneapolis Hockey are required to complete SafeSport training EVERY year and a Background screening every TWO years. 

To complete this Volunteer Registration, you will need:

• Current USA Hockey Confirmation Number
• Background Screening within the past two years
• SafeSport Training

Please read through each of the pages in this registration carefully to ensure that all of the information is provided accurately.  Please make sure you receive an email confirmation from the Minneapolis Hockey Association that the volunteer registration is complete!

Completion of this registration does NOT guarantee eligibility to participate as a volunteer. BOTH completion of Safesport training and a clear background screen are required per USAH and MN Hockey regulations in order to participate as a volunteer for MHA. Remember, this is to ensure the safety of our players!
